Graduation, Not Just Change.
Over the last seven years, we have evolved together.
As your success has expanded into a territory that requires governance, my own capabilities have matured to meet that challenge.
I am inviting you to graduate from "The Financial Plan"
to The Sovereignty Charter.
An Evolution of Capability.
For years, our partnership was defined by Accumulation. We built the engine and grew the balance sheet. But a larger territory attracts a different frequency of The Noise—complex tax intricacies, generational pressures, and market volatility that a standard financial plan was never designed to silence.
Through the completion of my Bachelor of Management (BMgt) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designations, I have expanded my capacity to serve not just as an advisor, but as your Personal CFO. I am shifting our firm’s focus from traditional planning to Sovereign Governance. We are no longer just managing assets; we are protecting your authority. To ensure my advocacy matches your current complexity, I am inviting our legacy families to grow with us into one of three distinct pathways.
This professional evolution has led to the formal establishment of ProsperWise Strategy (PWS)—a specialized division dedicated exclusively to the high-stakes architecture of your wealth. By separating our strategic drafting (PWS) from our executive advocacy (ProsperWise Advisors), we ensure that your transition is governed by pure strategy, free from the traditional pressures of the investment industry.
The Three Pathways of Governance
The Transition Window is now open through March 31, 2026.
1. Upgrade to the Governance Model
The definitive path for families requiring a formal governance framework and the option for executive advocacy.
-
The Deliverable: Your Sovereignty Charter—a ratified family constitution drafted by ProsperWise Strategy.
-
The Advocacy (Optional): Once your Charter is drafted, you may opt into a formal Personal CFO Mandate via ProsperWise Advisors. In this role, I step in as your Executive Advocate, coordinating your "professional table" (CPAs, Lawyers) to ensure every move remains in alignment with your Charter.
-
The Structure: Transition to the Storehouse Model, legally separating strategy from execution for absolute security.
-
Service Level: Priority advocacy with Quarterly Governance Reviews and portfolio oversight (for those opting into the PCFO Mandate).
-
The Goal: To establish a permanent framework of command over your territory.
2. Maintain Strategic Planning (Legacy Static Service)
For clients who wish to preserve their current strategy without further evolution.
-
The Deliverable: Maintenance of your existing Financial Plan in its current form.
-
The Constraint: As I pivot my focus to the PWS Governance model, traditional planning is being sunsetted. This plan will remain static. Future updates or estate modeling will require a transition to Tier 1.
-
Service Level: Standard service with your regular meeting cadence.
-
The Goal: Preservation of existing plans without active executive advocacy.
3. Maintain Managed Access (Institutional Only)
For clients focused strictly on portfolio efficiency.
-
The Deliverable: Institutional-grade Investment Management.
-
The Structure: Core portfolio execution and rebalancing.
-
The Goal: Efficient growth without a strategic governance or Personal CFO component.
Identifying the Vulnerabilities in Your Territory.
Every transition begins with a Transition Session. This 60-minute diagnostic session is used to determine if a static legacy plan is still capable of protecting your territory. We will identify vulnerabilities in your tax and estate structures and establish whether your current reality requires the drafting of a Sovereignty Charter through ProsperWise Strategy.
The Transition Window & Pricing
Effective through March 31, 2026.
To honour our planning foundation and our history together, the following transition rates apply during the current Transition Window:
-
Tier 2 to Tier 1 Upgrade Fee: $495 (Standard Firm Rate $2,999) This fee covers the architectural transition and the drafting of your Sovereignty Charter.
-
Tier 3 to Tier 1 Upgrade Fee: $2,999 (Standard Market Rate $3999) As no previous planning has been completed for these territories, this fee covers the full architectural drafting of your Sovereignty Charter. This fee is waived if a minimum of $250,000 in new AUM is transferred into our management.
Note: TThe Sovereignty Charter and Personal CFO advocacy are distinct services. Charter development and architecture are functions of ProsperWise Strategy, while ongoing Personal CFO advocacy and portfolio management are provided through ProsperWise Advisors. While the Charter provides your foundational governance, ongoing Personal CFO service mandates and professional engagement minimums are separate and will be reviewed during your Transition Session.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why are you moving away from traditional Financial Planning?
Traditional planning is a map of the past—it assumes a static world. As your wealth matures, you no longer need a map; you need a Constitution. By sunsetting traditional planning, I am dedicating my advanced expertise (BMgt/CLU) exclusively to the high-stakes work of Sovereign Governance and Executive Advocacy.
What is the difference between PWS and PWA?
ProsperWise Strategy (PWS) is our "Architectural Firm"—it is where we draft the laws, rules, and structures of your wealth (The Charter). ProsperWise Advisors (PWA) is our "Executive Branch"—it is where we execute the strategy, manage the portfolios, and act as your Personal CFO to silence The Noise.
Why will my Tier 2 plan become "static"?
Effective March 31, we are retiring the administrative infrastructure required to maintain traditional financial plans. This allows us to reallocate all strategic resources to the Office of the Personal CFO. While your current plan remains a valid historical document, it will no longer receive updates to reflect changes in tax law, estate legislation, or your personal evolution.
Do I have to hire you as my Personal CFO if I get a Charter?
No. The Sovereignty Charter is a standalone constitutional document that provides the rules for your wealth. Many clients choose to have me manage that Charter through a Personal CFO Mandate to ensure ongoing advocacy, but the drafting of the Charter itself is a distinct professional engagement.
What exactly does a "Personal CFO" do?
In the Personal CFO Mandate, I no longer act simply as an investment gatekeeper. I become your Executive Advocate. I lead your professional table, ensuring your CPA’s tax strategy and your Lawyer’s estate structure are in total alignment with your Sovereignty Charter. Furthermore, this mandate includes comprehensive quarterly governance and portfolio reviews, alongside priority-level administrative services to ensure your territory is managed with executive precision.
What happens if I miss the March 31st Transition Window?
The $495 legacy rate is designed to reward the families who have built this firm with me. After March 31, all transitions to the Governance model will be subject to our standard firm rate of $2,999.
Elevate Your Governance
You’ve done the hard work of building. Now, let’s do the sophisticated work of governing. My commitment to your success has never been higher—I invite you to join me in this new territory of Sovereign Governance.
The $495 Legacy Rate is only available for transitions booked before the March 31st window closes.
