I am excited to share a significant upgrade to your client experience.
At ProsperWise Advisors, my personal mission has always been to help you move beyond complexity to a life of clarity and purpose.
To honour that commitment, I have been working with my team to consolidate your entire relationship with us by enhancing you client portal, ProsperConnect.
This project directly raises the quality of our service by eliminating friction and providing structure for every ProsperWise client.
What's Changing?
We are launching a completely restructured client portal with a single, clear navigation experience that applies to both new and long-term clients.
1. Centralized Access to Your Accounts:
I am introducing a new My Investments & Insurance tab. This single tab will serve as a secure directory, providing direct links to all your external accounts (IA Financial and others). No more hunting for various log-in pages—one click, and you're there. This immediately simplifies your ongoing financial management.
2. Everything in One Place:
The new navigation bar brings together every tool you need:
My Plan: Access to your comprehensive financial plan on the Conquest Planning platform.
My Tasks: Your live project plan for any onboarding process or ongoing objectives (powered by Asana).
My Documents: Your secure ProsperSecure digital vault (powered by SideDrawer)
My Resources: A hub for our blog, assessments, and financial calculators.
My Partners: This tab will soon reflect an expanded network. I have been actively developing new partnership relationships with additional top-tier professional service providers—including estate lawyers and accountants—to ensure you have immediate access to a trusted, integrated ecosystem of support. These new partners will be announced and included here shortly.
3. The New Home Page & Sidebar:
The new Home page is now a Dynamic Dashboard, giving you immediate, relevant information, such as operational updates, holiday hours, or key articles of interest. I've also ensured a Fixed Utility Sidebar is added with quick links to:
The Booking Calendar (to book your meetings)
The Client Support form (to make service requests)
The Newsletter Archive (for access to all past insights).
A Google Review Link (to make sharing your experience simple).
Next Steps
My technical team is now in the final phase of implementation, integrating all these systems through secure, direct links to ensure the highest level of data integrity and protection.
