ProsperWise

Services

You just got life-changing money. But it didn’t come with instructions.

Every service below runs on the same Sovereignty Operating System™, adapted to the wealth event you're actually facing.

For Families

Every Virtual Family Office Runs on the Same Operating System

The Sovereignty Operating System™ has four components. The Virtual Family Office is the institution that runs it, a Family CFO and your Personal Board of Directors. The Vineyard is your growth engine: investment portfolios, operating companies, real estate. The Storehouses are one fortress, four chambers, protecting what the Vineyard produces the moment it arrives. And the ProsperWise Portal is the shared workspace where your team collaborates and you see it happen. All four operate under the Sovereignty Charter, the instructions that govern how they work together.

The Virtual Family Office

Your governing institution: the Family CFO and your Personal Board of Directors.

The Vineyard

Growth assets: investment portfolios, operating companies, real estate, sized against your Sovereignty Threshold, the point where growth becomes a choice, not a dependency.

The Storehouses

One fortress, four chambers: Liquidity Reserve, Strategic Reserve, Philanthropic Trust, and Legacy Trust, protected the moment the Harvest arrives.

The ProsperWise Portal

The shared workspace where your Family CFO, your specialists, and Georgia coordinate directly, so nothing gets routed through you.

The Sovereignty Charter

Your written financial constitution: what the wealth is for, who has access, what's never decided under pressure. Nothing is deployed until it's ratified.

“I don't manage portfolios until the governance framework exists. Every service I offer starts in the same place — a Sovereignty Charter that tells us what the wealth is for. Everything else follows from that.”

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of clients does ProsperWise work with?

I work with three types of clients: inheritance recipients, exiting business founders, and windfall recipients, a lottery win, cryptocurrency, a real estate sale, a legal settlement, or a bonus. All three share the same challenge: significant, often irreversible decisions made under time pressure.

What is the Sovereignty Operating System™?

The Sovereignty Operating System is the governance framework I built for Canadians managing sudden wealth. It has four components: the Virtual Family Office, the institution that runs it; the Vineyard, your growth assets; the Storehouses, the fortress that protects what the Vineyard produces; and the ProsperWise Portal, the shared workspace where your team collaborates and you see it happen. All four operate under the Sovereignty Charter, the instructions that govern how they work together. In practice, I write the Charter first, then build the rest around it.

What is the Sovereignty Survey?

The Sovereignty Survey is a structured process, not a sales call. I map what exists, identify the most urgent decisions in your specific situation, and build a plan around them. You leave with a Stabilization Map, an Immediate Risk Scan, and a 30-Day Action Framework, discussed together at a 90-minute working session.

Does ProsperWise work with clients outside Kelowna?

Yes. I'm based in Kelowna, BC, and work with clients across Canada. The Sovereignty Survey and the full Virtual Family Office engagement are both available virtually, and the planning framework is built specifically for Canadian tax law, including LCGE, HoldCo structuring, RRSP rollover provisions, and BC Family Law Act considerations.
