ProsperWise

Corporate Sudden Wealth | Kelowna, BC

The business created the wealth. Now it needs a structure of its own.

Most founders build a great business. A few build the structure that protects what it creates.

The Sovereignty Operating System™

Every Virtual Family Office Runs on the Same Operating System.

It's not a product. It's how I silence The Noise, built in a specific sequence, for a specific reason: your sovereignty.

The Sovereignty Survey

A structured process, not a single session. I map what exists, the business structure, the deal terms, the HoldCo situation, and identify the immediate risks. You leave with a Stabilization Map, an Immediate Risk Scan, and a 30-Day Action Framework, all discussed together at a 90-minute working session. This is not a pitch. It is work.

The Virtual Family Office

Capital is secured. The Storehouses are opened. The Sovereignty Charter is written. Your Personal Board of Directors is assembled. No long-term investment commitments are made yet. This is the stage every other advisor wants to skip.

The Integration

The Charter is ratified. Now I step in as your Family CFO: deploying capital across the Vineyard and Storehouses under the Charter's terms, and coordinating your Personal Board of Directors inside the Portal. This is where I actually begin managing what you built.

The Family CFO

“I don't manage portfolios until the governance framework exists. Every engagement starts in the same place, a Sovereignty Charter that tells us what the wealth is for. Everything else follows from that.”

I'm Rolf Issler, BMgt (Hons), CLU, a Sudden Wealth Specialist and the founder of ProsperWise Advisors in Kelowna, BC. I work exclusively with inheritance recipients, exiting founders, and windfall recipients. Once the Charter is ratified and you're ready, I implement the investment strategies, insurance structures, and governance frameworks directly.

My fee structure is flat and transparent: $1,500 for the Corporate Sovereignty Survey, $7,500 to establish your Virtual Family Office.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of clients does ProsperWise Advisors work with?

I work exclusively with three types of clients: inheritance recipients navigating estate settlements, exiting business founders managing post-sale proceeds, and windfall recipients who have received sudden wealth from a lottery, cryptocurrency, real estate sale, legal settlement, or bonus. All three situations share a common challenge, significant, often irreversible financial decisions made under time pressure and emotional complexity.

What is the Sovereignty Operating System™?

The Sovereignty Operating System is the governance framework I built for Canadians managing sudden wealth. It has four components: the Virtual Family Office, the institution that runs it; the Vineyard, your growth assets; the Storehouses, the fortress that protects what the Vineyard produces; and the ProsperWise Portal, the shared workspace where your team collaborates and you see it happen. All four operate under the Sovereignty Charter, the instructions that govern how they work together. In practice, I write the Charter first, then build the rest around it.

How does ProsperWise charge for its services?

My fee structure is flat and transparent: $1,500 for the Corporate Sovereignty Survey, and $7,500 to establish your Virtual Family Office, the Charter, the Portal, and your Personal Board of Directors, all in one engagement. That fee doesn't depend on how much gets invested or how quickly, I'm paid to plan, not to sell. Where implementation later involves products with built-in commissions or asset-based fees, those are disclosed to you separately, in advance. And the Charter is yours either way, you're never obligated to have me handle implementation to benefit from the planning.

What is the Sovereignty Survey?

The Sovereignty Survey is a structured process, not a sales call. I map the business structure, the deal terms, the HoldCo situation, and identify the most urgent decisions in your specific situation. You leave with a Stabilization Map, an Immediate Risk Scan, and a 30-Day Action Framework, discussed together at a 90-minute working session. It's designed to create clarity and a concrete path forward before any long-term commitment is made.

Does ProsperWise Advisors work with clients outside Kelowna?

Yes. I'm based in Kelowna, BC, and work with clients across Canada. The Sovereignty Survey and the full Virtual Family Office engagement are both available virtually, and the planning framework is built specifically for Canadian tax law, including LCGE, HoldCo structuring, RRSP rollover provisions, and BC Family Law Act considerations.
